PbS QD

We provide high-quality, customized PbS Quantum Dots with tunable excitonic peaks at 1310, 1450 nm. These nanocrystals are functionalized with oleic acid ligands and are available as solids or dispersed in your choice of Hexane, Toluene, or Xylene.

PbS QD n-type ink
(Sampling available)

Oleic acid-capped PbS quantum dots are not directly suitable for photodiode fabrication due to their insulating properties. To overcome this, we offer n-type (electron rich) PbS QD ink that enables direct spin coating onto 8" or 12" wafers.

PbS QD p-type ink
(Sampling available)

Oleic acid-capped PbS quantum dots are not directly suitable for photodiode fabrication due to their insulating properties. To overcome this, we offer p-type (hole rich) PbS QD ink that enables direct spin coating onto 8" or 12" wafers.
