We specialize in providing customized Oleic acid-capped PbS quantum dots, with tunable excitonic peaks from 900 nm to 2300 nm. Our QDs are functionalized with oleic acid ligands and solvent supplied in your choice of Hexane, Toluene, or Xylene.
PbS QD ink

Oleic acid-capped PbS quantum dots are not directly suitable for photodiode fabrication due to their insulating properties. To overcome this, we offer a PbS QD ink that enables direct spin coating onto 8" or 12" wafers.
